Why am I unable to use a Discount Code?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Below are the scenarios where a discount code will not work:

The item is on Sale or Promotion / Already discounted
The item is not meeting the eligibility criteria (T&C) of a discount code /offer.
Validity of the discount code has expired.
Two discount codes cannot be clubbed together in a single purchase.
